The joint venture would combine the industry-leading brands under the USA Beauty Portfolio, which industry veteran Ed McNeill would lead with Meredith Loza and Marco Labbate leading Marketing and Sales, respectively, in cooperation with the Sales and Marketing teams of BolognaFiere Cosmoprof.
